Homework Between Sessions: You'll get a video (recorded on your phone) of you or me demonstrating the exercises, mainly Foundation Training and breathing exercises, with additional videos if needed.
Self-Myofascial Release Techniques: Learn techniques for stress reduction and better sleep that you can practice at home.
Additional Programming: Depending on your program, you may receive workouts for the days we’re not meeting.
Monthly Newsletter
Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: I’ll work with your PT or doctors to ensure your program is safe and meets your needs.
Ongoing Support: Ask questions anytime between sessions.
